Congress has said, the GST Bill passed by Parliament is not the ideal GST. Briefing media in New Delhi this afternoon, party leader Kapil Sibal said some provisions are anti consumer, anti farmer and anti industry.
Mr Sibal said, his party is in support of the legislation but the dream of ‘One Market, One Rate’ remains unfulfilled. He said Congress wanted the inflation to come down and industry to be globally competent.
