The Election Commission today said that it will interact with enforcement agencies and will come out with an action plan for preventing unlawful use and manipulation of voter’s data from social media.
Chief Election Commissioner Om Prakash Rawat said, the Secretariat of the Commission and enforcement agencies will access the vulnerability and risk attached to it.
Mr Rawat said, the poll body’s engagement with Facebook is limited only to inform voters and there is no vulnerability to data breach or access to data.
