Party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala told media that various ambassadors and envoys, particularly those of G-5 nations, keep meeting Congress president and vice president from time to time on courtesy basis.
Mr. Surjewala said no body should try to sensationalise such normal courtesy calls. He said Rahul Gandhi and other opposition leaders are fully aware of country’s national interests.
