The CBI has registered an FIR in connection with murder of a class 2 student of the Ryan International school in Gurugram.
A CBI official said, the case was registered yesterday under the sections of the murder, arms act, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Juvenile Justice Act. The official said that a team of the agency will visit the school today to collect more evidence in the case.
Haryana government on September 15 recommended a CBI inquiry into the killing of seven-year-old Pradhuman Thakur. Pradhuman was found dead inside the school on September 8.
The Police have arrested school bus conductor and two officials of the school and are seeking to question the trustees of Ryan Trust, which manages the school.
