BSF Constable Tej Bahadur Yadav has been dismissed from service. The Summary Security Force Court was conducted against him which found him guilty of indiscipline and making false allegations on social media regarding quality of food.
Yadav also did not adhere to formal grievance redressal mechanism of the force. During the proceedings of the Court, Yadav was given all opportunities for his defence. As per BSF ACT and Rules, he can appeal against the punishment to the higher Head Quarters within three months.
