NDA govt has done nothing substantial during last three years: Congress

Congress today alleged that NDA government has done nothing substantial during the last three years of its rule.

Briefing reporters after the meeting of Congress Working Committee in New Delhi today, Party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said the government has failed to generate employment during the period as a result, unemployment is on the rise. He also alleged that minorities and Dalits are not feeling safe in the country.

Mr. Azad said the CWC discussed the plight of farming community. He charged the government with experimenting with bad policies.

He said that Party President Sonia Gandhi told the Committee that the government is not disclosing the amount of demonetized currencies which came back to banking system.

Mrs. Gandhi said that not only demonetization but Make in India initiative has also failed to create jobs and attract investment.
