Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai stated that Chhattisgarh has state and district-level commissions to protect consumer rights. The Indian government has also created e-commerce rules, considering the rise of online shopping.
He emphasized that National Consumer Rights Day is observed annually on December 24 to raise awareness about consumer rights and responsibilities.
