In Madhya Pradesh, the bandh call given by different business and merchant organizations over the GST has evoked mixed response.
In capital Bhopal, shops and business establishments in all major markets are closed. However most of the shops are opened in other areas. Traders took out a rally and shouted slogans against the union government.
The bandh has also received mixed response in other cities including Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur.
