Troops kill 14 civilians in Raga town: South Sudan

In South Sudan, 14 civilians were killed in the latest fighting between troops and armed opposition in northwestern town of Raga. The United Nations has once again warned of the risk of genocide. The acting envoy of the U.N. secretary-general, Moustapha Soumare urged both sides to show restraint and protect all South Sudanese citizens.
