As many as three people were killed and 23 other injured in an accident took place when a double decker city bus smashed into a transit shelter on Friday near Westboro station in Canada.
Of three persons killed in the accident, two were travelling in the bus while on was in shelter, said police and further averred that the accused bus driver has been arrested.
The injured were rushed to nearby hospital where nine persons were reported to be in critical condition.
