Pirates have hijacked an Indian commercial ship off the coast of Somalia. A former Director of the anti-piracy agency in Somalia’s semi-autonomous Puntland region, Abdirizak Mohamed Dirir, told Reuters in the Somalian city of Bosasso that Somali pirates hijacked an Indian commercial vessal and is heading towards the shore.
