The Chief of the International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA says, North Korea’s nuclear program is showing steady progress.

Yukiya Amano made the remarks in an exclusive interview with NHK in Tokyo today. He said, analysis of satellite imagery of North Korea’s Nyongbyon nuclear complex shows a structure that appears to be a uranium enrichment facility has doubled in size.

He added that an attached building is under construction near the facility. The IAEA chief stressed that the tension is rising as the recent moves are signs of the ongoing activities that the country said it would carry out.
