Explosion leaves 7 civilians dead in Afghanistan

As many as seven civilians were killed in an explosion in the eastern province of Afghanistan’s Ghazni yesterday.
According to official sources in Ghazni, the incident occurred when arunningmini bus touched off the IED along a dusty road in Shahkhog area of Dih Yak district.

Official spokesperson Harif Noori blamed enemies of peace, referring to the Taliban militant group, for the attack.
Taliban militants have been using IEDs to make roadside bombs and landmines for targeting security forces.
