As many as 18 people were killed today when a helicopter crash-landed in Krasnoyarsk Territory, East Siberia of Russia.
The Russian Transport Ministry said the Mi-8 helicopter carrying three crew members and 15 passengers crashed when it collided with machinery carried by another helicopter soon after takeoff. The mishap occurred about 180 kilometres from the town of Igarka.
