In Japan, all 9 persons aboard a helicopter were killed when it crashed on a mountain north of Tokyo. Officials in Gunma Prefecture confirmed the deaths. They said that the helicopter came down yesterday near the border with Nagano Prefecture. Police are working to identify the victims.
