
The Islamabad High Court has allowed Indian national Uzma to return to India. Uzma had sought refuge at the Indian mission at Islamabad after accusing a Pakistani man of forcibly marrying her at gun point.
According to media reports in Pakistan, the High Court today said, Uzma, who hails from New Delhi, is free to return to India at any point and asked the police to provide security till the Wagah Border Crossing.
The court was hearing pleas filed by Uzma and her husband, Tahir Ali. While Uzma had requested to be repatriated to India, Ali had asked to be allowed to meet his wife.
