In US, two persons were killed after tornadoes hit Oklahoma and Wisconsin. In Wisconsin, the tornado damaged the Prairie Lakes Estates trailer park north of Chetek.
Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald said, at least one person died and several homes were reduced to rubble due to the tornado. In Oklahoma, the storm knocked out telephone service into and out of the city. Fire Chaplain Danny Ringer said one person died in the storm. He said, the storm destroyed 40 homes and damaged about 75 houses. Multiple tornadoes were also registered in the states of Texas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Kansas.
