Government of India approves Rs. 147.26 crore for high-level bridge and upgrade of national highways in Chhattisgarh

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, has approved a total of Rs. 147.26 crore for the construction of a high-level bridge on National Highway No. 130 and the upgrading and construction of National Highway No. NH 153 in Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Say has expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari for this.
According to information received from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Rs. 4.88 crore has been approved for the construction of a high-level bridge over Chulha Nala on National Highway 130 (Bilaspur-Ambikapur road), Rs. 99.13 crore for the two-lane widening and upgrading work of the Chandrapur section of National Highway 153 (Raigarh-Saraipali road), and Rs. 43.25 crore for the construction of a four-lane road in the Gariaband urban area on National Highway No. 130C.
