Eklavya Model Residential School, Bhoring Shines in State-Level Competition

The students of Eklavya Model Residential School, Bhoring (Mahasamund) brought laurels to their school by delivering an outstanding performance in the State-Level Sports Competition 2025-26. The competition held in Bilaspur saw the school winning a total of 13 medals, including 6 gold, 6 silver, and 1 bronze.
In chess, Kunal won the gold medal in the Under-14 category, while Dharna secured the silver in the Under-19 category. In kabaddi, Kanhaiya Dhruv, Akshay Vishal, and Gajendra won silver medals. Kundan won the gold medal in the Under-19 category for triple jump. In archery, Jayant Thakur (Under-19), Kumudini, and Lakshmi Rani (Under-14) won gold medals. Yogesh Nag (Under-14), Digambar Netam (Under-14), and Umesh (Under-19) secured silver medals, while Lilima (Under-19) earned the bronze medal. Additionally, Aditya won the silver medal in badminton in the Under-14 category.
Based on these excellent achievements, 12 talented students from the school have been selected for the national-level competition. The school management congratulated all the winning athletes and wished them a bright future.
