Document Verification for Recruitment of Training Officers, Hostel Superintendents, and Hostel Superintendents in Government Industrial Training Institutes

The next phase of document verification for the recruitment of third-grade training officers, hostel superintendents, and hostel superintendents in government industrial training institutes in the state will be held from December 30 to 31 at the Government Industrial Training Institute, Saddu, Raipur.
On December 30, candidates for the training officer posts in Electrician, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Carpenter, Turner, and Fitter trades, and on December 31, candidates for the training officer posts in Driver cum Mechanic, Machinist, Mechanic Diesel, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Workshop Calculation & Science and Engineering Drawing, Wireman, Welder, Sheet Metal Worker, Secretarial Practice (English), and Sewing Technology trades will have to be present for document verification. Also, on December 31, candidates for the post of Hostel Superintendent/Hostel Superintendent will have to be present for document verification. Candidates can submit their claims/objections to the registration in-charge at the document verification site till 12:00 noon on the next day after the document verification.
For this phase, approximately ten times the number of candidates against the vacant/likely-vacant posts are being called for document verification. No candidate shall have any claim for selection based on being called for document verification.
Candidates should keep all their documents ready for this phase of document verification, including a bank-verified statement of salary received during their teaching experience. The cutoff marks for candidates of different trades called for document verification in this phase are being issued separately based on the merit list issued by VYAPAM. All candidates should regularly check the employment and training directorate website http://cgiti.cgstate.gov.in/ and their login ID for the latest information.
