DMF Funds bring rapid development to every ward, resolving public issues: Minister Lakhan Lal Devangan

Chhattisgarh’s Commerce, Industry, and Labor Minister, Lakhan Lal Devangan, laid the foundation stone for various development projects worth ₹2.8 crores in five wards of Korba city.
“After receiving public support in elections, I prioritized ward development using DMF funds. Multiple projects are underway in every ward,” said the minister.
As per the information received, ₹2.8 crores allocated for development projects in five Korba wards, Projects include road construction, drainage systems, and community facilities, Minister emphasizes timely completion and quality work and Additional funds allocated for city development from other sources.
Devangan assured that ongoing and upcoming projects, such as the Sanjay Nagar railway underbridge, indoor stadium, and swimming pool, will transform Korba’s landscape.
Korba Municipal Corporation Chairman, Shyam Sundar Soni, praised Minister Devangan for fulfilling election promises and accelerating city development.
Dignitaries present included Shyam Sundar Soni, Praful Tiwari, Parvinder Singh, and local councilors.
