Deputy CM SaO attended the Annual Conference and Award Ceremony of Chhattisgarh Dheevar Samaj

Raipur, March 22
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao today attended the Annual Conference and Award Ceremony of the Chhattisgarh Dheevar Samaj held in Dargav village, Durg district. During the ceremony, he announced a grant of 25 lakh rupees for the construction of a social building for the Dhivar Society in the Dhamdha Nagar Panchayat. MP Shri Vijay Baghel also attended the event.
While addressing the gathering, Sao said that the Dheevar society is continuously progressing with the blessings of Lord Shri Ram. The society has been blessed to take Lord Ram across the Ganges. Through devotional hymns, the Dheevar samaj has always spread the message of Sanatan Dharma. The government has created many schemes that are benefiting the society.
Deputy Chief Minister Sao further said that the Dheevar society is an honest, hardworking, and respectable community. On the strength of their hard work and reputation, the society has established a distinct position in the state. The entire community is progressing in every field.
Conferences help eliminate social evils
Sao mentioned during the event that social conferences play an important role in resolving small family disputes and misunderstandings. These are essential for uniting the community. Going to court wastes time and money. Many significant disputes are resolved in social meetings, and discussions also take place on eliminating social evils.
Former MLA Shri Labhchand Bafna, Shri Avadhesh Chandela, President of Durg District Panchayat, Mrs. Saraswati Banjare, President of the Janpad, Shri Jitendra Sahu, and President of Dhivar Society, Shri Suraj Dhivar, along with all the heads and numerous officials from the Dhivar Society, were present at the event in large numbers.
