D Cricket Team Batsman Rinku Singh Pays Courtesy Visit to the Chief Minister

Indian cricket team batsman and international cricket player Shri Rinku Singh paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Sunday at the Chief Minister’s residence office in Raipur. The Chief Minister welcomed Rinku Singh by presenting him with a shawl and a memento of Nandi. On the occasion, MLA Shri Sushant Shukla was also present.
Chief Minister Shri Sai congratulated and extended his best wishes to Rinku Singh for his outstanding performance and his significant contribution to the Indian cricket team. During the meeting, there was a detailed discussion on Chhattisgarh’s rich culture, traditions and the efforts being made to give a new direction to sports in the state.
Chief Minister Shri Sai informed Rinku Singh about the concept of the Bastar Olympics and the emerging local talent through the initiative. He said that the youth of Chhattisgarh have immense potential and the state government is continuously working to promote sports.
