CM Sai Wishes Eminent Writer Vinod Kumar Shukla a Speedy Recovery

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has extended his heartfelt wishes for the early restoration of health and strength of India’s distinguished writer and Jnanpith Award laureate, Shri Vinod Kumar Shukla.
Chief Minister Shri Sai spoke over the phone today with Shri Vinod Kumar Shukla’s son, Shaswat Shukla, to inquire about the author’s health condition.
Calling him “an invaluable treasure of Chhattisgarh’s literary heritage,” Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Vinod Kumar Shukla’s creative works capture the soul of our language, emotion, and culture. He prayed to Lord Shri Ram for the renowned author’s sound health and longevity.
It is noteworthy that Shri Vinod Kumar Shukla, who has been unwell for the past few days, is currently receiving medical care at a private hospital in Raipur.
