CM Sai Opens the Door to Government Service for Chhattisgarh’s Youth

Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has opened the door to government service for the youth of Chhattisgarh. The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (Vyapam) has released a calendar for 2025 for recruitment and entrance exams for vacant posts in various departments.
The annual calendar released by Vyapam has given tentative dates for more than 32 exams, including posts like Assistant Engineer, Assistant Statistical Officer, Fisheries Inspector, ADEO, Police Constable, Staff Nurse, and Ward Boy. These exams will be held from March 9, 2025, to December 21, 2025.
Under the Directorate of Agriculture Department, the exams for Laboratory Assistant will be held on March 9, 2025, and for Assistant Statistical Officer on April 13, 2025. For Fisheries Inspector under the Directorate of Fisheries Department, the exam will be held on March 23, 2025. For Assistant Engineer (Civil & Electrical/Mechanical) under the Public Health Engineering Department, PPT and PMC exams will be held on May 1, and PET and PPH exams will be held on May 8, 2025. PAT-PreVPPT will be held on May 15, PreBEd and PreDLEd on May 22, BSc Nursing on May 29, and MSc Nursing and Post Basic Nursing exams on June 5, 2025. Similarly, the exam for Assistant Development Extension Officer is scheduled for June 15, and for Nagar Sainik on June 22, 2025.
The exam date for Assistant Engineer (Civil) and Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) posts in the Public Works Department has been fixed as July 13, 2025. Similarly, the exam for Assistant Engineer (Civil) and Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) posts in the Water Resources Department will be held on July 20, for Excise Constable in the Commissioner of Excise on July 27, for Laboratory Attendant in the Directorate of Higher Education on August 3, for Darkroom Assistant, Pasting Boy, Augzily, Inkman/Inker, Junior Binder, Hamal, Sweeper, Chowkidar, Bhryati, Helper (Group-6) posts in the Printing and Stationery Department on August 31, and for Junior Manager-(2) (Construction, Maintenance), Deputy Manager (Sub-Engineer), Junior Manager Cadre (Agricultural Specialist), Junior Manager-(2), (IT, Programmer), Junior Cadre (IT Specialist), Deputy Manager (Programmer), and Assistant Manager (Assistant Programmer) posts in Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Bank (Apex Bank) and 6 District Central Cooperative Banks, the exam date has been fixed as September 7, 2025.
Similarly, the exam for the Constable cadre under the Home Police Department will be held on September 14, for Staff Nurse under the Health Department on September 21, and for Ward Boy and Ward Ayah on October 12, and for Rural Health Coordinator Male and Female on November 9, 2025. Exams for various posts in the Printing and Stationery Department will be held on November 30, for Amin under the Water Resources Department on December 7, for Translator under Chhattisgarh High Court Bilaspur on December 14, and for Chemist under the Public Health Engineering Department on December 21.
