CM Sai Extends Greetings on National Girl Child Day

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has extended his best wishes on the occasion of National Girl Child Day on January 24 and wished for a bright future for all daughters. He stated that National Girl Child Day is observed every year on January 24 to raise awareness about the rights of girls and to educate people about the discrimination they face.

Shri Sai emphasized that girls are the pride, dignity, and honor of the nation, state, society, and family. To empower them, it is essential to provide a safe and supportive environment, and society needs to be more aware of this responsibility. He highlighted that Chhattisgarh has a long-standing tradition of respecting women, which is why the daughters of the state are making an exceptional contribution to its progress. This has been possible due to a supportive and empowering environment for women.

The Chief Minister urged girls to pursue education, move forward fearlessly, achieve their dreams, and contribute not only to their families but also to the growth of the state and the nation. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to ensuring this.
