CM Sai dedicated 108 development projects worth Rs 192.60 crore to Balrampur-Ramanujganj

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai attended the inauguration of ‘Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan’ in Rajpur, Balrampur-Ramanujganj district. He dedicated 108 development projects worth Rs 192.60 crore to the Balrampur-Ramanujganj district. He inaugurated 5 development projects worth Rs 97.57 lakh and carried out the bhumipoojan for 103 development projects worth Rs 191.63 crore.
The Chief Minister initiated various projects, including the strengthening of major roads in the district, construction of new buildings for Eklavya Model Residential Schools in Nawapara and Wadrafnagar, construction of new school and hostel buildings, additional rooms in residential ashrams, renovation of water bodies, construction of Anganwadi buildings, and upgrading of the Balrampur Tameshwar Nagar airstrip.
The development projects include the upgrading and strengthening of the 16.60 km Kusmi-Samari road at Rs 33.10 crore, construction of new Eklavya Model Residential School buildings in Rajpur village Nawapara (Rs 33.95 crore) and Wadrafnagar (Rs 28.96 crore), upgrading 14 km Basantpur Ramnagar road (Rs 14.18 crore), strengthening of roads in Balrampur-Ramanujganj from Larangsai Chowk to Ring Road and Power House to Jai Stambh Chowk, strengthening of 5.825 km road from Bharat Mata Chowk to Rest House and Jai Stambh (Rs 3.81 crore), upgrading 11.60 km road on Ambikapur Dhanwar-Varanasi route (Rs 13.16 crore), upgrading and enhancing Balrampur (Tameshwar Nagar) airstrip (Rs 4.07 crore), and strengthening of 4 km Maharajganj-Pachawal road in Balrampur-Ramanujganj (Rs 2.16 crore).

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated five healthcare infrastructure-improvement projects worth Rs 97 lakh. These projects include a new sub-health centre building in Harri of Kusmi block (Rs 24 lakh), a paediatric care unit at the Balrampur District Hospital (Rs 25 lakh), an urban health and wellness centre building in Buddhutola village of Ramanujganj block (Rs 23 lakh), a 10-bed additional ward at the Shankargarh Community Health Centre (Rs 13 lakh), and a Mitanin shelter at the Balrampur District Hospital (Rs 9 lakh).
Tribal Affairs Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, Women and Child Development Minister and District In-charge Minister Smt Laxmi Rajwade, MP Shri Chintamani Maharaj, and MLAs Shri Rajesh Agrawal, Shri Prabodh Minj, Smt. Uddeshwari Paikra, and Smt. Shakuntala Porte were present.
