CM Sai approves tennis academy in Raipur, hockey academy in Rajnandgaon

Chhattisgarh is rapidly developing its sports infrastructure. In the new year, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has given a big gift to sports lovers and athletes.
He has approved the establishment of a Tennis Academy in the capital Raipur and a Hockey Academy in Rajnandgaon. With the start of these two new academies, the players here will be able to create a new identity for Chhattisgarh in the field of tennis and hockey in the country.
Both the tennis and hockey academies will have world-class state-of-the-art sports facilities as well as excellent coaches. While the players will get high-level training, the hockey and tennis players will get help in honing and refining their skills. The establishment of these sports academies will create a new environment for the development of sports in the state. Chhattisgarh’s players will also be able to perform better at the national and international levels and bring laurels to the state and the country.
It is noteworthy that Finance Minister Shri O.P. Chaudhary has approved the creation of 13 new posts for the Tennis Academy to be set up in Raipur and 14 new posts for the Hockey Academy in Rajnandgaon.
