Chief Minister Sai watched the film “Chhawa”

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today attended the screening of the film “Chhawa,” based on the glorious history of the Maratha era, at the mini theater of IP Club in New Raipur. The film focuses on the life, struggles, and sacrifice of the brave son of the great national hero Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Sambhaji Maharaj.
After watching the film, Chief Minister Shri Sai spoke with the media and said that Sambhaji Maharaj gave everything for the protection of the country, religion, and culture. Despite facing severe torture and difficult circumstances, he never compromised on his principles. The film “Chhawa” presents his remarkable life and sacrifice in a vivid and impactful way.
Chief Minister Shri Sai also mentioned that the Chhattisgarh government has made the film “Chhawa” tax-free in the state to ensure that more people can learn about this inspiring history.
On this occasion, the state’s Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap, MLA Shri Anuj Sharma, and Shri Sampat Agarwal were also present.
