Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Akashvani Raipur on completing 25 glorious years of its regional news bulletin service in Chhattisgarh. He noted that on the very day the state was formed, the launch of the regional bulletin added a new chapter to the state’s linguistic and cultural renaissance.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that over these twenty-five years, Akashvani News has lent its voice to every milestone in Chhattisgarh’s developmental journey. What began as a Hindi bulletin has now evolved into a multilingual platform broadcasting in Hindi, Chhattisgarhi, Halbi, and Gondi, making it a powerful example of honoring the state’s linguistic diversity and cultural identity.
He emphasized that Akashvani News has always embodied its guiding principle of “Bahujan Hitaya, Bahujan Sukhaya”—for the welfare and happiness of all—by creating awareness among people across urban, rural, and tribal regions alike.
Chief Minister Sai further stated that the contribution of Akashvani News in disseminating the state’s policies of development, good governance, and public welfare has been truly commendable.
Expressing confidence in the future, he said he believes that Akashvani News will continue to uphold its integrity, sensitivity, and people-centric approach, carrying forward its mission of public service with even greater strength in the years to come.
