Chhattisgarh’s Daughter, National Judo Player Hembati Nag, Receives Prime Minister’s National Child Award

National judo player, Hembati Nag, a daughter of Kondagaon, Chhattisgarh, was today awarded the Prime Minister’s National Child Award 2024 by President Draupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai congratulated Hembati Nag on this achievement and wished her a bright future. He said that this is a matter of pride for all the people of the state. Hembati did not lose her courage even in difficult circumstances, through her tireless hard work and hard struggle, she has won gold, silver, and bronze medals in the Khelo India National Games and other national-level competitions, raising the flag of Chhattisgarh.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that our government is committed to encouraging such talented children and fulfilling their dreams.
He said that this achievement of the daughter is a source of inspiration for other daughters of the state.
