Teachers should impart education with new energy utmost dedication: CM Baghel

The process of innovation and adoption of new technology in the field of education should continue even further and work towards improving the educational infrastructure.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has wished good luck to everyone on the auspicious occasion of the new educational  session and school entrance festival starting from June 16. The Chief Minister has expressed hope that all students and teachers will join this academic session with renewed positive energy and utmost dedication to contribute towards improving the future of  students of the state. He has further urged the teachers to strive towards inculcating new and innovative measures to impart education and work towards improving the methodologies adopted by the educational sector and to make  the commencement of the new education session, and Shala Pravesh Mahotsav (school entrance festival) meaningful. “Together we shall play an important role in imparting education to every child of Chhattisgarh”

In his congratulatory message, the Chief Minister has said that regular school activities have been affected in the last 2 years due to the pandemic and lockdown, but we have ensured that there will be no hindrance in the studies or growth of the children and we have made it out priority to not let any student’s academic year go to waste. He said that we are starting the new academic session 2022 with a lot of hope and enthusiasm that regular schools will be functional this year, as well as to compensate for the losses incurred in the previous sessions. With the new season we are also starting new tasks in the field of education.

The Chief Minister said that from this session it has been decided to open Balwadi’s (Kindergarten) in some selected schools.” I believe that if our teachers pay proper attention to the children of this age group, then children will be able to assimilate the subject soon. More than four hundred schools were closed in the Naxal-affected regions due to various reasons.  There was a constant demand from the local community and parents to start regular operation of the schools in Naxal-affected areas to involve rural populace in education to secure their future. So,the state government has decided to reopen these schools and the  regular operation of 260 schools in these Naxal-affected areas, which will strengthen the foundation of education of thousands of children.

The Chief Minister said that the “Padhai Tuhar Duar” platform was made available during th lockdown to not let pandemic hinder anybody’s education. This platform was well utilized by our teachers, parents and students. He expressed hope that the process of innovation and adoption of new technology will continue to improve the quality of education. Efforts are welcome to make education interesting. In order to increase the quality and infrastructure of education in the state, Swami Atmanand Utkrisht English and Hindi Medium Schools scheme is being implemented, under which 171 English medium and 32 Hindi medium schools have been started. Arrangements are being made to give the benefit of this scheme in the places from where the demand arises. It is the endeavor of the government that the level of  government schools should not be less than that of any private school and the future of the children studying in government schools should also be secured by giving them proper guidance.
