Kanker, October 5
Raman Singh-led BJP government in Chhattisgarh has created a pathway for development of insurgency-hit areas whereas Congress made relationship with naxalites, alleged BJP National President Amit Shah.
Shah was addressing tribal convention and conclusion ceremony of Atal Vikas Yatra in insurgency-hit Kanker district of Chhattisgarh today.
“We created pathways for development in insurgency-hit areas of the state while Congress made relationships with Naxalites. Coming out from the clutch of naxalism, Chhattisgarh led by Raman Singh is moving on the path of development,” alleged shah
There was a time when Chhattisgarh was dealing with the issue of naxalism, hunger and other crisis and BJP was voted to power resulting in beginning of new era, said Shah, elaborating that Raman Singh has hurled the state on path of development.
“We have decided to contest the coming assembly election in Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Raman Singh but I wanted to ask Rahul Gandhi under whose leadership Congress will contest the election, the shameless people who distribute CDs and develop fake CDs,” Shah targeted the opposition, elaborating that with which face, Congress will come to public (particularly women).
Women in Chhattisgarh are ready to give Congress account of this CDs controversy, stated Shah.
“We do not practice the politics of cleverness, instead we do politics of character, politics of development,” said shah
“I want to challenge Congress that one side the work done by Chief Minister Raman Singh in term of 15 years and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in period of five years and on other side 55 year rule of congress. BJP is ready to have discussion on this at any point of time, at any place,” said Shah.
Raman Singh-led BJP government in the state has assured electricity in every village across Chhattisgarh
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Raman Singh BJP has covered a very long distance of 11000 km in the state and there are very few Chief Minister who cover such a long distance to interact with public, said the BJP President.
He further added that this is only possible when a Chief Minister showcases courage to come before public even after tenure of 15 years and this could be witnessed in BJP government.
With the blessing of public, Raman Singh is going to form government in the state for fourth time
When Chhattisgarh came to existence, it was a ‘Bimaru’ (ailing) state and in tenure of three years, Congress did not make any efforts for development of the state, charged Shah.
He further added that Raman singh has done the task of grooming and developing Chhattisgarh formed by former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. BJP government in the state has completed the task of constructing road to villages across Chhattisgarh .
