Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Bhupesh Baghel has reached the general assembly of UNO in New York. During their USA tour, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel along with Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr Charan Das Mahant met various diplomats there, and discussed about UNO’s proceedings and India’s permanent missions.
On the occasion, Chief Secretary RP Mandal, Additional Chief Secretary Subrat Sahoo, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary Gaurav Dwivedi and Advisor to Chief Minister Pradeep Sharma was also present.
Thereafter, Chief Minister Baghel attended the programme organized by Permanent Mission of India To The UNHQ New York. On the occasion, Indian Ambassador and India’s permanent representative in UN Mr. Saiyyad Akbaruddin welcome them and discussed in detail about the economic-industrial activities being conducted in the State.
Baghel said in his address to the programme, provided information about the various public welfare schemes and innovations that are being implemented in Chhattisgarh by the state government. Chief Minister invited investments in Information Technology, Digital Technology and non-core sections of Chhattiisgarh. Investors present in the programme appreciated the favourable environment of Chhattisgarh and expressed interest for investment in various sectors of the state.
