During the bhoomi pujan and inauguration ceremony of development works in Surajpur district, Geeta Devi, who benefited from the government’s Godhan Nyay scheme, told the Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel that your scheme should continue, because of your scheme I am able to manage my daughter’s medical college fees.
Geeta Devi said that her daughter is studying medicine in Raipur. By selling cow dung and milk, she makes arrangement for her fees. Apart from this, she has also built a shed for the cows. Benefited from Godhan Nyay Yojana, Dinesh Kumar of Surajpur district told the Chief Minister that he has sold cow dung worth 50000 rupees. With this money, he has bought a new motorcycle by adding some more money from his own. Now he is selling milk and vegetables in his motorcycle. They say that earlier they used to earn only 25000 rupees, but now they earn 1.5 lakh rupees. Dinesh Kumar told that his financial condition has become much better due to the Godhan scheme.
