In Chhattisgarh, security forces have succeeded in arresting 18 maoists from Sukma district of Bastar. As per information received, 10 of these maoists were arrested from Chintagufa while eight were taken into custody from Chintalnar area.
The captured maoists include Janmilitia commander and deputy commander as well. Many of the apprehended maoists were reportedly involved in Burkapal attacks on 24th April, in which 25 CRPF Jawans had lost their lives.
