24 Livelihood Colleges to have own buildings: Minister Munat

Public Works Minister Mr. Rajesh Munat today said that an amount of Rs 91 crore 11 lakh had been sanctioned for the construction of 24 Livelihood Colleges’ buildings in the entire State. The State Government is keen on encouraging skills’ up gradation among the youth. Four college buildings had already been completed at a cost of Rs 14 crore 09 lakh. Meanwhile 20 Livelihood College buildings are under various stages of construction at a cost of Rs 77 crore two lakh.

Minister Mr. Munat said that college buildings had been constructed at Balodabazar, Dantewada and Sukma. The college buildings under various stages of completion are at Bemetara, Balod, Champa, ambikapur, Jashpur, Kondagaon, Rajnandgaon, Surajpur, Korea, Bijapur, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Gariyabandh, Narayanpur, Raipur, Bilaspur, Raigarh, Mungeli and Balrampur.
