Raipur, October 13
Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel today arrested a fake trooper of Chhattisgarh Armed Force (CAF) at Raipur railway station, police said.
The arrested has been identified as Jaidesh Sheel, hailing for Dharamjaigarh region of Chhattisgarh’s Raigarh district, police said, elaborating that the accused was wearing the uniform of CAF.
From his possession, RPF personnel have recovered a fake identity card and several other documents.
As per information received, finding the movement of accused clad in CAF uniform suspicious, RPF personnel in duty subjected him to interrogation where he admitted of being fake. The accused has been arrested and investigation to find out his motive is underway.
