Chhattisgarh Rajat Mahotsav (Silver Jubilee): Spectacular Cultural Performances to be Held from November 1 to 5

On the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of the formation of the state of Chhattisgarh, enchanting cultural programs will be presented by famous artists from the country and the state. Various cultural programs will be organized on the Main Stage as well as the Shilpgram Stage from November 1 to November 5. This year at the Rajyotsav, along with the popular artists of Chhattisgarh, renowned artists of the country, Shri Hansraj Raghuwanshi, Shri Aditya Narayan, Shri Ankit Tiwari, Shri Kailash Kher, and Ms. Bhoomi Trivedi will give their spectacular performances.
On the opening day of the Rajyotsav, the cultural programs will begin at 11 am on the main stage constructed in the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Commercial and Trade Complex in Nava Raipur with the singing of Ms. Aishwarya Pandit. This will be followed by performances by Shri P.C. Lal Yadav, Ms. Aaru Sahu, Shri Dushyant Harmukh, Smt. Nirmala Thakur, and at 8 pm, the performance of the national artist Shri Hansraj Raghuwanshi. Similarly, on November 2, the famous playback singer Shri Aditya Narayan will be the main attraction. He will present songs starting from 9 pm. On this day, the cultural programs will start at 6:30 pm. First, there will be performances by Shri Sunil Tiwari, Ms. Jaishree Nair (Chinhari The Girl Band), and Padma Shri Domar Singh Kanwar Nacha Dal.
Similarly, on November 3, playback singer Ms. Bhoomi Trivedi will perform from 9 pm. On this day’s cultural evening, from 6 pm, there will be performances by Padma Shri Usha Barle (Pandwani), Shri Rakesh Sharma (Sufi-Bhajan singing), and Shri Kuleshwar Tamrakar (Lokmanch). On November 4, playback singer Shri Ankit Tiwari will perform at 9 pm. On this day, performances will include Kala Kendra Raipur Band, Smt. Rekha Devar’s folk songs, and Shri Prakash Awasthi’s presentation, starting from 6 pm. Similarly, on November 5, playback singer Shri Kailash Kher will perform at 9 pm. The cultural evening will feature performances by Smt. Poonam Virat Tiwari and the program of Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya Khairagarh, starting from 6 pm.
Shilpgram Stage Performances-
On November 1, the Shilpgram Stage will feature: Shri Mohammad Anas (Piano recital), Smt. Basanti Vaishnav (Kathak), singing by Ms. Ramadutt Joshi and Smt. Sonali Sen, Ms. Sweety Pagariya (Kathak), Shri Mangaluram Yadav (Bansgeet), Ms. Charulata Deshmukh (Bharat Natya), Shri Dushyant Dwivedi (Pandwani), Shri Lokesh Sahu (Bhajan), Smt. Bobby Mandal (Folk Music), and Shri Chandrabhushan Verma (Lokmanch).
On November 2, the performances will include: Smt. Rekha Jalkshatriya (Bhartari), Shri Iqbal Oberoi (Music Group), Shri Basantbir Upadhyay (Manas Band), Ms. Deepali Pandey (Kathak), Shri Lileshwar Sinha (Folk Music), Ms. Anvita Vishwakarma (Bharatnatyam), Ms. Ashika Singhal (Kathak), Shri Pranjal Rajput (Bhartari), Ms. Prasiddhi Sinha (Kathak), Shri Jeevandas Manikpuri (Lokmanch), and Shri Jitendra Kumar Sahu (Sonha Baadar).
On November 3: Shri Suresh Thakur (Bhajan), Dr. Aarti Singh (Kathak), Smt. Rakhi Rai (Bharatnatyam), Shri Pusauram Banjare (Pandwani), Ms. Ishika Giri (Kathak), Shri Girwar Singh Dhruv (Bhunjia Dance), Ms. Radhika Sharma (Kathak), Smt. Shantibai Chelak (Pandwani), Shri Dushyantkumar Dubey (Sua Dance), Smt. Gangabai Manikpuri (Pandwani), Ms. Sangeeta Kapse (Classical Dance), Shri Mahendra Chauhan (Chauhan and Band), and Shri Ghanshyam Mahanand (Fusion Band).
On November 4: Ms. Bhumisuta Mishra (Odissi), Shri Chaituram Tarak (Nacha Dal), Ms. Aashna Delhiwar (Kathak), Ms. Pushpa Sahu (Folk Music), Shri Mahendra Chauhan (Pandwani), Ms. Preeti Goswami (Kathak), Ms. Pritha Mishra (Classical Singing), Shri Mahesh Sahu (Lokmanch), Shri Vijay Chandrakar (Folk Music), and Shri Tilak Raja Sahu (Lokdhara).
On November 5: Ms. Durga Sahu (Pandwani), Ms. Dolly Tharwani (Kathak), Shri Sanjay Narang (Folk Music), Ms. Sarika Sharma (Kathak), Ms. Maheshwari Sinha (Lokmanch), Shri Chandrashekhar Chakor (Folk Drama), Shri Nitin Agrawal (Folk Music), Shri Dwarikaprasad Sahu (Danda Dance), Ms. Mahua Majumdar (Folk Music), and Shri Narendra Jalkshatriya (Folk Music).
