Chhattisgarh is the only state where a nephew is considered a form of God: CM Sai

Lord Ram resides in every particle of Chhattisgarh, in every person, and Lord Ram is our nephew Ram, said Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai.
Chhattisgarh is the only state in the whole world where a nephew is worshiped as a form of God, his feet are washed, and he is bowed to with folded hands, said the CM.
More than 20,000 people from the state have visited Lord Ram in Ayodhya through our government’s Shri Ramlala Darshan Yojana, added the CM.
Chief Minister Sai said this while inaugurating the three-day Tatapani Mahotsav in Balrampur-Ramanujganj district.
Chief Minister Sai said that we come here every year at the Tatapani Sankranti. When we came here last year, we had announced to develop this holy place as a tourist destination. The result is in front of you all, today the picture seems to have changed a lot. Development work has been done here rapidly and is continuing to be done.
The Chief Minister said that there is immense potential for tourism in Chhattisgarh. Especially in Sarguja and Bastar districts, there are many beautiful places that can become the center of attraction for the whole world. Such places are being identified and the development of tourist sites is being done rapidly. Tatapani is one of such places. We will develop all these tourist spots as tourist destinations. This will increase employment and income opportunities. Just now we have inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 198 development works worth Rs 177 crore. These include the groundbreaking of 140 works costing around Rs 134 crore and the inauguration of 58 works costing Rs 43 crore.
The Chief Minister said that we have laid the foundation stone for the construction of the Nalanda campus today, which will benefit the youth preparing for competitive exams. On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced the construction of an auditorium in Balrampur College.
Chief Minister Sai said that today, under the Chief Minister’s Kanya Vivah Yojana, 300 daughters have been married. He congratulated all the newlyweds and wished everyone a happy married life.
The Chief Minister said that the Tatapani Sankranti Parva is the pride of Balrampur-Ramanujganj district. Tatapani is one of the few places in the world where the power of nature can be seen directly in the form of hot water springs.
He said that this event of Tatapani Sankranti also gives a message of unity and harmony in society. Along with the performances of folk artists in this festival, you will also be able to enjoy kite flying and parasailing at the Aragahi airstrip. There will also be a farmers’ conference and a panch-sarpanch conference.
Chief Minister Sai said that our esteemed Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has set a goal of building a developed India. In line with this, we are also moving forward with the goal of building a developed Chhattisgarh. In the last one year, our government has fulfilled most of the guarantees of Modi ji. This year, the paddy crop has been good in Chhattisgarh. Paddy is being purchased at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal and 21 quintals per acre. This year, record money is going to come to the homes of farmer brothers. Currently, farmers are being paid the support price of paddy, and soon the difference amount will also be deposited in their accounts. Our government has also decided to provide free ration to poor families of the state for five years. We have increased the tendu leaf collection rate from Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,500 per standard bag.
Chief Minister Sai said that Prime Minister’s housing is being provided to all eligible homeless families in Chhattisgarh. On the second day of taking the oath of the government, we immediately decided to approve 18 lakh Prime Minister’s houses for the homeless people of the state.
He informed that Union Rural Development Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced 3 lakh more Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme for Chhattisgarh.
He has agreed to 4 lakh new houses for Chhattisgarh in the next financial year. He said that now the monthly income limit for beneficiaries has been increased to Rs 15,000 in the new survey. Apart from this, those who have 2.5 acres of irrigated land or 5 acres of unirrigated land will also be eligible under this scheme. Beneficiaries can now apply and survey themselves for their housing through a mobile app.
Addressing the program, State Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam said that due to the guarantee of Prime Minister Shri Modi and the efforts of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, lakhs of families in the state have happiness and prosperity. The welfare schemes of the government have brought about a pleasant change in the lives of the weaker sections of society.
