CREDA’s Role in the Overall Development of Chhattisgarh in the Renewable Energy Sector is Crucial: CM Sai

Raipur, April 6
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today attended the assumption of office and felicitation ceremony of the newly appointed Chairman of Chhattisgarh Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA), Shri Bhupendra Savanni.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Shri Savanni for his new responsibility. He emphasized that CREDA plays a pivotal role in the overall development of Chhattisgarh in the renewable energy sector. He expressed confidence that under Shri Savanni’s leadership, the state will see a boost in clean and renewable energy, and this sector will reach new heights.
Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that the state government is committed to promoting green energy, which will soon become a major foundation for employment, environmental sustainability, and economic empowerment. He also shared that the government is focusing on solar energy and other alternative energy sources through various schemes.
After assuming office, Shri Bhupendra Savanni expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister, all distinguished guests, and invitees. He assured that he would fulfill his duties with utmost dedication, commitment, and transparency. He stated that his aim is to make Chhattisgarh one of the leading states in the country in the field of renewable energy.
